Better design

Bravehearts wanted to elevate the feel of their flagship 777 Marathon. Their previous supplier struggled to offer anything new and innovative.

“We could elevate our look and feel… and get a much better product,” Kylie said. Badges and Medals’ design team took initiative to push creative boundaries and offer unique looks that stood out.

The new design made the medals feel more meaningful for participants, and will look to refresh the design each year.

Clear timelines

Running seven marathons in seven days across the country takes precision. That’s why Bravehearts appreciated the certainty that came from working with Badges and Medals.

“Being really organised from day one… instantly built that trust,” Kylie said. From start to finish, the process was clear and well-structured — no chasing, no guessing.

That clarity helped Bravehearts plan confidently and keep their event on track without surprises or delays.

Trusted process

For Bravehearts, the partnership with Badges and Medals was never just about getting medals made. It was about having one less thing to worry about in a very complex series of events.

With multiple locations, volunteers, medical logistics and travel coordination, every moving part of the 777 Marathon has to be timed to perfection. That’s why having a supplier they could rely on meant so much.

“There was never really any question about getting the medals” Kylie said, referring to timelines and delivery. “We knew what to expect”.

How likely would they recommend us?

“We’ve had a really good experience leading up to race week.”
